most areas of this site are named in reference to other things. some i've explained, others i leave up to visitors to guess- the site as a whole was named after the 1987 straight-to-video classic 'the video dead'! i made this neocities to mess around and de-stress from both real life AND the nightmare that is the modern internet. i also wanted somewhere to ramble on about bad horror movies and physical media culture! and so began 'thevideodredd'. . . she ain't pretty, but she's mine!
